Terms and conditions of sale
<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dear customer,
Before placing your order, and in order to take the hassle out of your event, please read our :<\/p>\n

1. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The name CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl refers to the catering company whose head office is located at Rue de la Gare 1 – 1162 St -Prex – Switzerland.<\/p>\n

– The term “the customer” refers to the co-contractor, whether acting directly in his own name or on behalf of a third party as an agent.<\/p>\n

– The term “service” refers to the purpose of the catering order (birthday, brunch, dinner, etc.).<\/p>\n

2. Awards<\/strong><\/p>\n

– All our prices include VAT.<\/p>\n

– Our prices are valid for a given service, a given location.
Any postponement of the date or location of the service will be subject to a new quotation.<\/p>\n

– Our prices are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of our quotation.<\/p>\n

– However, CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl reserves the right to revise its prices in the event of significant changes in economic data, in particular the cost of labor, materials and products or transport.<\/p>\n

– Our prices are fixed on the basis of the choice of services and menus specified in the booking contract, and according to the number of guests and the location of the event.<\/p>\n

– Our prices do not include: travel expenses (to be defined), equipment hire and personnel costs.<\/p>\n

3. Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

– You will be billed in full for the food ordered, even if the number of guests is less than the number of dishes ordered.<\/p>\n

– A 30% deposit may be requested by CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl when confirming a reservation at least 15 days before the event.<\/p>\n

– The balance of the total amount of the order will be paid by the customer to CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl within 10 days by invoice.<\/p>\n

4. Options<\/strong><\/p>\n

– CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl offers a wide range of reception equipment: crockery, glasses, white fabric buffet tablecloths, at prices to be agreed.<\/p>\n

5. Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n

– CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl is insured for civil liability in the context of its activity, covering all risks related to the supply of meals, to the exclusion of all other services.<\/p>\n

6. Order confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

– CONFISERIE TEAROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl will provide the customer with a written quotation for any service requested.<\/p>\n

– The exact location of the event and an estimate of the number of guests must be provided at the time of quotation.<\/p>\n

– Confirmation that the service will take place must be sent to CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl at least fifteen (15) days before the date of the service. The number of guests and the choice of menu must be defined at least five (5) working days before the reception. To be confirmed, the quotation must be validated by return e-mail or in writing by the customer.<\/p>\n

– If a deposit is requested, CONFISERIE TEA-ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl will not consider confirmation definitive until the deposit representing 30% of the total price of the services booked has been paid.<\/p>\n

– Failing confirmation within the above time limit, the initial reservation will be cancelled outright. If you wish, we can negotiate a shorter deadline for your confirmation.<\/p>\n

– This service contract constitutes the special conditions that may modify or supplement the present general conditions.<\/p>\n

– Confirmation of the reservation by the customer implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\n

7. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Delivery prices on request.<\/p>\n

8. Service and kitchen staff<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Staff hours are from the kitchen and return
o Travel and service costs before midnight (for 2 people): 49.00 Frs \/ hour (min. 3 hrs).<\/p>\n

If 1 person on duty: 60.- Frs\/hour
o Hourly rate after midnight: 70.- Frs\/hour
o Hourly rate on Sundays and public holidays: 65.- Frs\/hour<\/p>\n

9. Hardware<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Rental of presentation equipment (trays, cake stands, etc.) is included in the sale price of the merchandise.<\/p>\n

– Rental of bain-marie, serving tables, tableside tables, crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. Our prices are on request and subject to quotation.<\/p>\n

– Lost or damaged equipment will be invoiced at purchase price (new value).<\/p>\n

10. Controls<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Orders are accepted until 12:00 pm on the day before the desired delivery date. – Changes to orders on the day of delivery will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

– Any change of order is accepted until 12:00 pm at the latest, the day before the requested delivery date.<\/p>\n

11. Cancellation of “Lunch”\/”Morning” orders<\/strong><\/p>\n


In the event of cancellation by the customer:
– All order cancellations are accepted until 10:00 a.m. at the latest, the day before the requested delivery date.<\/p>\n

– After 10.00 a.m. on the day before the requested delivery date, 100% of the selling price of the goods will be invoiced. Goods will be delivered unless otherwise specified by the customer.<\/p>\n

12. Cancellation Cocktail with or without service<\/strong><\/p>\n


In the event of cancellation by the customer:
– Up to seven (7) days before the date of the service, the latter may be cancelled at no charge.<\/p>\n

– Less than seven (7) days before the date of the service, 20% of the services will be invoiced.<\/p>\n

– Less than two (2) working days before the date of the service, 70% of the sale price of the goods will be invoiced. If other service providers are commissioned, we will re-invoice them for any expenses incurred.<\/p>\n

La CONFISERIE TEA ROOM CHRISTIAN BOILLAT S\u00e0rl shall not be held liable for any partial or total non-performance of the promised services resulting from the actions of a third party, an act of God or force majeure.<\/p>\n

13. Disputes \/ Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/p>\n

– In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Morges.<\/p>\n
