Founded in 1997 by Christian Boillat, the company began with its first confectionery in St-Prex, followed by successive openings in Crissier, Lausanne, Signy-Centre, Morges, Lausanne Ouchy, and most recently in Rolle in 2023.
Christian Boillat guided the company’s expansion, enriching its offerings with a catering service for companies and individuals. Our handcrafted products, created in our St-Prex laboratory since 2004, are the fruit of the dedicated work of over a hundred employees.
