Bouchons Vaudois

Ingredients: egg white, sugar, almonds, flour, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, vanilla, Diablerets (alcohol).

May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts and other nuts.

A delicious wafer with a chocolate interior, filled with an almond mass and a hint of Diablerets alcohol.

The Bouchon Vaudois is a speciality of the canton of Vaud that only members of the Société des Confiseurs Vaudois are allowed to produce.
